Welcome to Union Hills Country Club
Opened in 1974 as a private facility, Union Hills Country Club may be the most classic Phoenix golf course you’ve never heard of. Welcoming the public since 2014, in 2023 Union Hills was acquired by new owners who are meticulously restoring the course to its former glory, albeit with a modern flair. We’re relentlessly focused on improving course conditions and on attracting a diverse set of golfers who love the game.
Union Hills celebrates the purity of golf. We don’t offer frills that drive up cost, nor add gimmicks that slow down your round. The course is a beautifully-designed, increasingly well-maintained track that plays to all skill levels, with a straightforward food & beverage operation serving every golfer. It’s a simple formula but it works, and we’re making it better.
Union Hills is fun to play. Its Greg Nash design offers an undulating 6900 yard (maximum) parkland-style layout that's fair to every player, from five sets of tees. Making its way around two lakes, the course boasts elevated greens and strategically-placed bunkers, with generous fairways that avoid being extra wide. The signature hole is the 382-yard 14th, a par 4 dogleg right where players must successfully navigate water on the approach to find the green. The finishing stretch is exceptionally strong. We could go on, but you should probably just see for yourself. While you’re here, use our full size driving range, short-game area, and practice putting green. We’ll be happy to see you.
